About Christine Free Sabo - LCMHC

I’m Christine Free Sabo, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and the founder of Greater Accord Health. My work weaves together psychology, nervous system care and the deeper dimensions of healing through an evidence-based, integrative approach that honors the whole person.

My goal is to help people reconnect with the strength, wisdom and wholeness that have always lived within them.

From a young age, I knew I was called to help others. That calling deepened through my own experiences with trauma, grief and profound transformation. These seasons of challenge and renewal shaped how I understand healing today. Healing is not simply about repairing what is broken. It is about creating the safety and support needed to reconnect with ourselves. It is both deeply human and deeply personal, a process of remembering rather than fixing and nurturing rather than forcing.

I earned my B.A. in Psychology from Plymouth State University in 2010 and my M.S. in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University in 2016. Throughout my career, I have served in many roles, including teacher, counselor, yoga instructor, personal trainer, clinical supervisor and energy healing practitioner. My journey has taken me from the fitness and yoga world to clinical mental health care while also navigating the unique demands of military life during my graduate training and early professional development.

Through these experiences, I came to understand that the mind, body, nervous system and spirit do not exist in isolation or separately from one another. They are continually trying to communicate, each carrying wisdom that can support healing and lasting change. Much of this work is about helping them bridge their different languages so they can begin working together in greater harmony.

Today, I specialize in working with survivors of physical and sexual abuse, military service members and veterans, first responders, neurodivergent adults and people seeking a deeper understanding of themselves. I am honored to walk alongside each person as they reconnect with their capacity for resilience, peace, authenticity and self-trust.

Greater Accord Health was created to provide a space where meaningful healing can take place through care that recognizes the whole person. It is my vision for clinical integrity and integrative care to exist in greater accord, with every person met with compassion, curiosity and respect for their individual path.

Because you are everything and nothing less.

Philosophy & Approach

I believe healing isn’t about fixing what’s broken, it’s about how we nurture ourselves and remembering what’s whole. Every part of us: our mind, body, and spirit, holds its own intelligence and story. My work integrates trauma-specialized psychotherapy with somatic awareness, mindfulness, hypnosis, energy healing, and symbolic exploration. Whether you’re navigating stress, trauma, or transition, I combine science, structure, and compassion to help you rebuild safety, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect to purpose. This work is not about perfection, it’s about presence.
